Pioneering Digital Transformation for Flexible Work
On December 3, 2023, the DigiTrans Hub, part of the DigiTrans Hub initiative, made a significant impact at TEDx Patras 2023, held at the Patras University Campus in Rion, Greece. The event, titled “InterMediaKT at the TEDx Patras 2023: Digital transformation for flexible work,” showcased innovative approaches to digital transformation and its implications for flexible working environments.
InterMediaKT’s team led an engaging workshop exploring how digitalisation reshapes the workplace. Highlights included presentations on insights from expert interviews, a framework for digital competencies, and practical learning tools. The workshop methodology involved group discussions guided by the Conceptboard tool and reflections on the principles of ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment) theory using Mentimeter.
In addition to the workshop, InterMediaKT’s presence in Community Alley allowed for valuable interactions with local stakeholders and citizens, fostering relationships that will enhance the project’s community impact. This engagement facilitated the exchange of ideas, driving social and digital innovation.
The TEDx Patras 2023 event was a success for DigiTrans Hub, underscoring the importance of digital skills in modern workplaces and reinforcing the commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration across Europe.
